Built for the way Central Florida lives.
Next Level Pools and Spas is a small, hands-on pool contractor based in Maitland. We design and build new pools from the ground up, and we handle full renovations that bring older pools up to modern standards — resurfacing, tile, coping, deck, equipment, and structural resizing when the shape no longer fits the home.
Every project runs through one contact from the first site visit to the first swim. No sales handoff, no production-builder shortcuts. The person who draws your pool is on the job when it's poured. That's the part of the process most contractors quietly outsource. It's the part we keep closest.

We walk the lot or look at the existing pool, measure access, and listen to how you actually want to use the backyard. No deposit, no obligation.

Drawings & honest scope
You get a scaled drawing of the pool, deck, equipment pad, and a written scope with specified finishes — so the bid isn't hiding upsells inside generic line items.

Permits & engineering
We handle permitting with Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties, pull structural engineering where required, and schedule inspections on our end.

Build
Excavation, steel, gunite, plumbing, tile, coping, deck, plaster, equipment, and startup — sequenced properly, checked in person at every stage. Typical new build runs 10–16 weeks.

Every estimate is written against a scaled drawing with line-item pricing — no generic categories, no surprise upsells.

How long does a pool build take from start to first swim?
A typical Next Level new pool build runs 10–16 weeks from permit issuance through first swim. Permitting timelines vary by county — Orange, Seminole, and Lake counties typically run 3–6 weeks. Renovations range from 2 weeks (resurface only) to 10 weeks (full shell-up rebuild). We share a live schedule with you at the start so there are no "when are they coming back" weekends.

Do you handle permits, HOA approval, and inspections?
Yes. We handle permitting with Orange, Seminole, Lake, and Volusia counties, pull structural engineering when required, and schedule all inspections. We'll also prep HOA submittal packets — scaled drawings, elevation, finish specs — so you can get board approval without back-and-forth.

What areas do you serve?
We build across Greater Orlando and Central Florida — including Maitland, Winter Park, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Casselberry, Apopka, Sanford, Heathrow, and Baldwin Park. If you're within about 45 minutes of Winter Park, we can build it. Outside that radius, call us — the right project is worth the drive.

Can you renovate an older freeform pool into a modern rectilinear shape?
Yes — pool resizing and reshaping is a core service. We can convert a 1980s freeform shell into clean rectilinear lines, reduce an oversized pool, add or remove a spa, or reproportion around a new addition to the house. In most cases we can keep the existing footprint and permits, which shortens the timeline and reduces cost versus full demolition.

What's included in a Next Level pool build?
Every new build includes: engineered gunite shell with full rebar grid, plumbing, variable-speed equipment pad with full automation, glass or porcelain waterline tile, premium plaster or aggregate finish (diamond-brite, polished, or pebble), deck (travertine, paver, or concrete), coping, lighting, chemistry startup, and a 30-day follow-up visit. Everything is specified on the drawing up front.

Who's on-site during construction?
One point of contact runs your project from first site visit to first swim. That person is on the job for the critical stages — steel, gunite, plumbing, tile, plaster — not just the sales call. No subcontracted foreman you've never met.

Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. The structural shell carries a lifetime warranty. Plaster finishes are warranted 1–10 years depending on the product selected. Equipment carries manufacturer warranties (typically 1–3 years) and we handle any warranty claims with the manufacturer directly on your behalf.
