Next Level Pools and Spas is a family-owned, boutique custom pool builder based in Maitland — designing and building high-end residential pools, large-scale commercial projects (hotel pools, community pools, condo associations), and full-scope major renovations across Central Florida from Orlando to the coast.

Next Level Pools and Spas was created so a family could work together — and so the families we build for can vacation in their own backyard. That's still the heart of it. We don't optimize for project count. We optimize for projects we can stand behind.
The Taylor family.
Robbie has been in the pool business for over thirty-five years. He has worked in every aspect of pools, learning from the bottom up. He started with pool maintenance and service as a teenager, moved on to renovations, and then moved on to building new pools. He started Next Level Pools so his family could work together and so the homeowners they build for could get the kind of pool that is customized for their yard, budget, and dreams.
Today the family runs the business alongside a full office team. Owners are involved in every phase of every build, though not always physically on every site — a deliberate trade-off that keeps us in design, in scope, and in communication with the clients on the calendar today, rather than stretched too thin. The office handles permits, scheduling, change orders, HOA submittals, and the day-to-day communication that keeps a build from feeling like a black box. Every inquiry is answered the same business day.

In addition to making family dreams come true at home, we work on a larger scale — hotel pools, community pools, and amenity spaces for condo associations. Same standard, same communication, scaled to commercial code and guest experience.

Founded in Maitland
After 30+ years in the pool business. Robbie Taylor opens Next Level Pools and Spas as a family operation. First builds in Maitland, Winter Park, and Windermere — relationships that still send referrals today.

Custom showroom opens in Maitland
Next Level has graduated from a project-by-project field operation to its own custom showroom in Maitland — a place to walk through finishes, tile, coping, equipment, and design references in person. Visits by appointment.

No pressure-close pricing on the first visit. We measure, take it back, draw, and send a written scope. You can compare it to anything.
Sequence single-scope renovations
The work we take on is comprehensive — surface, tile, coping, deck, equipment, and structural repair as one coordinated project rather than spread across three contractors and three years. Single-scope work — just a resurface, just a tile job — gets referred to companies.
Not stand behind our work
10-year warranty on the pool shell. 10-year manufacturer warranty on quartz finish. Lifetime manufacturer warranty on Pebble Tec finish (we're an authorized builder). 3 years manufacturer warranty on equipment. 1 year on tile, deck, and plumbing — lifetime on underground plumbing. We stand by our work.
Hide upsells in the line items
Every estimate is written against a scaled drawing with specified finishes. The line items match the drawing. No "general contingency" surprise charges.
Pull from a template library
No catalog of "Pool A, Pool B, Pool C." Every project gets drawn for the specific lot, the home's architecture, and how the family actually plans to use the backyard.
Chase volume over quality
Limited intake per year, deliberately. We're not in it for the volume — we're in it to keep building pools we can stand behind.
