New Pool Construction

Custom pools, drawn for your house.

We don't keep a catalog of stock designs. Every Next Level pool is drawn for the specific lot, the home's architecture, and how the family actually plans to use it. One project lead from first visit to first swim.

Our Approach

Fewer projects per year. Each one properly done.

We take on a limited number of new builds per year. The people who draw your pool are the same people managing the build — no sales-to-construction handoff, no "that's not my department."

Before we quote anything, we walk the property and ask how the backyard will actually be used. Then we draw. Only after the drawings are right do we talk about a schedule.

The Process

From site visit to first swim.

A typical Next Level new build runs 90–150 days. Here's how the time gets spent — and where you're involved at each stage.

01

Site Visit

We walk the property with you. Measure, photograph, discuss budget and intent. No pressure quote at the kitchen table.

02

Design & Drawings

Plan view, elevations, material samples, lighting scheme. Revisions until it's right on paper.

03

Permits & Engineering

County, HOA, engineering, survey coordination. We handle the paperwork.

04

Build & Finish

Excavation, shell, plumbing, equipment, deck, tile, plaster, fill, startup. One project lead the whole way through.

What's Included

Priced honestly. No surprise line items.

Here's what a Next Level new build actually includes — in the base scope, not as upsells.

Shell & Structure

Engineered gunite shell with full rebar grid. Inspected and signed off at every stage.

Waterline Tile

Glass or porcelain tile selected to match the house, installed by a dedicated tile crew.

Plaster & Finish

Premium aggregate or polished finishes. We don't default to the cheapest white plaster unless the design calls for it.

Coping & Decking

Travertine, natural stone, or quality pavers — coordinated with the pool finish and the home.

Lighting

Low-voltage LED with scene control. Pool, feature, and landscape lighting as one system.

Water Features

Sheer-descent spillways, bubblers, spa spillovers — specified up front, not charged as extras.

Equipment Pad

Variable-speed pumps, salt or chlorine, heat pump or gas, full automation. Sized for Florida run-hours.

Permits & HOA

County permits, HOA submissions, engineering, survey coordination — handled, not billed piecemeal.

Startup & Walkthrough

Owner walkthrough, water chemistry startup, and a season of check-ins to make sure everything's dialed.

Ready to Start

Start with a site visit.

We'll walk the property, listen to what you want, and follow up with a written scope. No deposit, no obligation.
